Hi, I’m Steven, a real estate investor and family man committed to creating win-win solutions for property owners and aspiring homeowner.
Here at NextGen Homeowners, our focus is simple. Find great houses in and around Phoenix and offer them to the Next Generation of homeowners on our Rent-to-Own program. We help more people become homeowners when otherwise they couldn't.
I’ve been a landlord and property owner for over 7 years, and throughout that time, I’ve learned something important — the best real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about connections, relationships and families.

When I’m not helping families move into homes they love, you’ll find me on a trail, hitting golf balls out of bunkers, or spending time with my family of 2 boys and our perfect dog (Maverick) 🐾

That’s why we took action, and started NextGen Homeowners.
We help ensure that homes in Arizona and around the US become occupied with aspiring homeowners.
To do this, it takes new solutions to tough problems.
We help sellers create lease/option agreements for qualified tenants who aren’t quite ready for a traditional mortgage.
We help families find great homes that they can eventually own and live in right away.
